  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  • Then you can grease and flour two muffin tins.
  • Mix flour, oat bran, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

  • Add zucchini, papaya, carrot, applesauce, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice and stir well.

  • In a large bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, wheat germ, cinnamon, flour, raisins and salt.

  • Cool for five minutes before cutting into bars while still warm. Do not allow the bars to cool completely before cutting as they become too hard to cut once they cool off.
