Though these are stubborn skin issues, you cannot get rid of them immediately or in a short period of time. You need to follow some daily routines to rejuvenate your skin and to get glowing and healthy skin.

It is true that you have no control over anything. But, you can learn how to get clear skin fast with some preventive measures.

Wash your Face twice a day

Whether you have acne and pimples or not, just make it a habit to wash your face two times a day. If you are really concerned about how to prevent pimples, you must keep your face from excess oil, dirt and sweat. Washing your face twice a day means opening your pores and making the cleansing process more effective.

Never take hot water and harsh cleansers for cleaning your face as it may make your skin dry. Always use warm water and alcohol-free cleanser for the best outcome. Apply cleanser in a circular motion gently with your fingers. Avoid scrubbing it harshly with any cloth or loofah.

Wash your Face twice a day

Make sure to wash your face once in the morning and once before going to bed. Washing it more than twice can worsen the skin issue. If you feel oily skin, you can use blotting paper to remove the oil instead of washing your face again and again.

Do regular Yoga and Exercise

Stress is a significant cause of acne and pimples. To reduce stress, do yoga and exercise on a regular basis. It works effectively in lowering the amount of stress and thus, gives you relief. Apart from taking actions for outside beauty, it is very important to reduce stress from your life to have clearer skin.

It helps in increasing blood flow throughout the body and hence, speeds up the healing process of skin problems. Doing yoga or exercise does not mean you do one or two moves for minutes. Your daily workout shows the determination towards getting healthy skin.

Also, do not forget to wipe your mat pre and post workout. Be sure that workout mat should be clean and bacteria free.

Drinking Plenty of Water

Keep your skin hydrated by drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water in a day. You must know that if you are dehydrated, your skin’s oil glands will produce more oil and make it dull and skin will look oily. As a result, it promotes skin issues, such as acne and pimples, and worsens your skin condition.

The water works in clearing toxins out of your body. So, instead of depending on other ingredients to keep your skin hydrated, it is recommended to drink enough water to restock what you have lost as a result of daily activities or workouts.

For pregnant or breastfeeding women, or if you spend most of your time in a hot and humid environment, it is advised to have an adequate amount of water in a day.
